Order Directly Through Your Link — Once approved, you'll receive a secure link to order your therapy. Your treatment ships straight to your door.
Program Requirements
To participate, patients must:

Complete all required consent forms

Commit to a minimum of 3 months in the program

Provide recent laboratory results, or obtain labs through our office ($125 self-pay)

Complete a brief 15-minute follow-up visit around month 2 (in person or virtual)
Program Cost
Tirzepatide is $350 per month, with a 3-month commitment required at enrollment.
