MENDI CLARK
Director of First Impressions | Integrative Nutrition Health Coach | Social Media and Website Coordinator
MY ROLE AT LARREA NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE-
As the Director of First Impressions at Larrea Naturopathic Medicine, I am dedicated to ensuring every patient feels welcomed and supported from the moment they step through our doors. My role involves coordinating patient check-ins and check-outs, assisting with patient care, and managing appointments, all while creating a warm and positive experience for everyone.

In addition to my administrative responsibilities, I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, passionate about helping patients achieve optimal wellness through personalized nutrition and holistic lifestyle choices. My approach is rooted in the belief that true health begins with a balanced mind, body, and spirit.

I also oversee our social media and website coordination, where I strive to share valuable content and keep our community informed about the latest in naturopathic medicine and wellness.

I am committed to supporting our patients on their journey to better health and am honored to be part of a team that prioritizes healing and well-being.
WHY I CHOSE TO WORK AT LARREA NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE
I chose to work at Larrea Naturopathic Medicine because it aligns perfectly with my passion for holistic health and my commitment to helping people achieve wellness in every aspect of their lives. The clinic’s integrative approach, which treats the whole person rather than just addressing symptoms, deeply resonates with my belief in personalized care and the healing power of nature.

At Larrea, I have the opportunity to be part of a team that genuinely cares about making a difference in the lives of our patients. The collaborative environment, where every voice is valued, allows me to contribute meaningfully, whether I’m welcoming patients, supporting them through their health journeys, or sharing valuable insights through our digital platforms.

Working here isn’t just a job for me—it’s a chance to be involved in something truly impactful, where I can grow both personally and professionally while helping others lead healthier, happier lives.

THINGS YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT ME:

I am a 52 year old Mom to 3 beautiful kids (Two boys 28 & 16 & One daughter 23) and 2 step daughters (23 & 21) whom I adore.

I’ve been with my Sal for almost 18 years. No, we are not married, nor do we plan to be. We are happy and content enjoying doing life together and that’s all I have to say about that. He’s in the tech field and helps companies with their Data protection and Disaster recovery and is a genius at what he does. We love wine country and hope to one day put our passions into play.

I love painting, photography, reading/listening to self-improvement books or true crime, cooking/baking, being crafty and makeup. All of these are forms of therapy for me.

I am a super visual person. Aesthetics are every bit as important to me as function. Sometimes more.

Time to myself is sooo critical. I am super introverted, and although I love people, I have to refill my tank alone. Sometimes I go into hermit mode for a little too long but I'm really working on that.

I love essential oils, learning more about crystals, personality tests, healing food, and anything possessing functional beauty. I have a passion for educating people on how to find natural alternatives, I am a huge proponent of doing research and making informed choices- read the ingredients and then research them. We have to advocate for ourselves.

When I cook, I usually blast 80’s music (LOVE 80’s) or Jazz, whichever my soul needs. But I love all kinds of music- I have songs I like from almost every genre (except screamo, just can’t do that).

I got my cosmetology license my senior year of high school (in 1991 man that seems like a lifetime ago) and I LOVE playing with makeup- maybe that’s the artist in me. I wish I would have kept up with it but sadly I did not.

I am a dreamer and doer and believe the best is always yet to come, as long as you keep trying to know better and do better.

We LOVE wine country and hope to one day put our passions into play. My dream is to be able to move to Napa (or Italy) and play in the vineyard.
