BRIEF APPOINTMENT:  This appointment is ideal for prescription renewals or addressing a single, quick question. It typically lasts 5-10 minutes.

STANDARD FOLLOW-UP:  This is a standard visit for general health concerns, prescription adjustments, or new prescriptions. The appointment typically lasts up to 30 minutes.

EXTENDED FOLLOW-UP:  For multiple symptoms, complex issues, or if it’s been a while since your last visit, this appointment allows up to 45 minutes to thoroughly address your needs.

NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT:  For those scheduling their first appointment with the doctor. A refundable $75 deposit is required to secure your 90-minute appointment. *PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE NOT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT YOU ARE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST.  ONE OF OUR STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU TO GET YOU SET UP IN OUR SYSTEM, SECURE THE DATE AND TIME AND COLLECT THE DEPOSIT.
